As a result, many of the vehicles in our pre-owned inventory come with a guarantee, a genuine certification that provides peace of mind behind the wheel. And as you browse our inventory, both in store and online, you’ll notice the ‘Certified Pre-Owned’ (CPO) seal affixed in plain sight.
The seal indicates that the vehicle comes with a four-fold guarantee, which includes:
- A 150+ point inspection,
- A manufacturer-backed warranty
- 24 hour roadside assistance
- And even an exchange privilege!
150+ Point Inspection
Each GM CPO vehicle is inspected by our team of highly-trained, licensed mechanics before reaching the sales department. During this process, each vehicle must pass an inspection that consists of at least 150-points. This inspection ensures each of our CPO vehicle is in an excellent physical, and road-worthy condition. In addition, any outstanding regular maintenance is performed, and faulty components are either repaired or replaced.
Manufacturer-Backed Warranty
When shopping for a used vehicle, it’s important to understand who’s providing warranty coverage. With a GM Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, you’ll benefit from our Used Vehicle Limited Warranty from one of the most trusted warranty providers that lasts a minimum of 3 months, or 5,000km (whichever comes first). Plus, you can also extend or upgrade the Used Vehicle Limited Warranty to a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Protection Plan.
24- Hour Roadside Assistance
Everyone of our GM CPO vehicles feature a 24-hour roadside assistance program that lasts for a minimum of 3 months, or 5,000km (whichever comes first). This roadside assistance program also provides a trip interruption coverage if your vehicle is disabled, and you are a minimum of 250km away from home.
Vehicle Exchange Privilege
When you’re satisfied, we’re satisfied. That’s why every GM CPO vehicle comes with a vehicle exchange privilege, which means you may exchange your vehicle within the first 30 days or 2,500km (whichever comes first) if you are unsatisfied with it.
