New Off-Road Inspired Model to Hit Showrooms this Summer
General Motors has released the newest addition to its truck lineup– the 2015 GMC All Terrain HD! The off-road inspired model will feature exclusive design features along with the versatility of 4WD.
The new Sierra All Terrain HD is available on 2500HD and 2500HD double-cab and crew-cab models, and is offered on SLE or SLT trims–and every All Terrain features 4WD. Plus, GMC’s now-infamous Z71 off-road package, with Rancho twin-tube shocks, hill descent control and a skid plate, comes standard on every All Terrain model.
Sierra’s 6.0L gas engine comes standard but those that require a little extra torque won’t be disappointed– a Duramax diesel is also available.
Design
Sierra All Terrain models will be easy to spot, with exclusive goodies like 18-inch six-spoke chrome cast-aluminum wheels, a chrome grill surround, aluminum underbody shields, and exterior graphics that help to instantly set the truck apart. Plus, 22-inch chrome aluminum wheels are also available on 2500HD, while 3500HD’s can include camper mirrors with chrome caps.
Other features include LED headlamps, body-coloured bumpers (chrome optional), chrome mirror covers, body side mouldings, and chrome front-lower bumper plate. Inside, an exclusive new carbon-fibre theme along with ‘All Terrain’ badging on the instrument cluster help set the tone. A rearview camera is also standard.
The truck will also feature the latest connectivity technology including IntelliLink and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot with a three month/three gigabyte trial period.
The 2015 Sierra All Terrain will hit showrooms later this summer.
