GM Canada is on a roll.

Chevrolet, Buick,Cadillac and GMC dealers in Canada delivered an incredible 29,127 vehicles last month, a 15 percent increase over the same time last year, solidifying GM Canada as the overall automotive sales leader in Canada for the month of April.

“Customer demand for our Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac cars and trucks continues to grow in the Canadian marketplace. Our three truck strategy, offering the full range of pickups, from the mid-size Chevrolet Colorado
and GMC Canyon
to the full-size and heavy-duty, Chevrolet Silverado
and GMC Sierra
… has driven GM Canada to be the pickup sales leader for the month of April,” said John Roth, vice president, sales, service and marketing for GM Canada.

Here are a few other sales highlights from GM Canada’s red hot month:

    • Chevrolet total sales increased 7 per cent for the month driven by sales of the
      –> Malibu
      (up 98 per cent)
      –> Tahoe
      (up 92 per cent)
      –> Suburban
      (up 61 per cent)
      –> And Chevrolet pickup sales, which were up 22 per cent
    • Buick total sales increased 9 per cent for the month driven by sales of the
      –>Regal
      (up 271 per cent) and
      –>LaCrosse
      (up 21 per cent)
    • GMC total sales increased 31 per cent for the month driven by sales of the
      –>Acadia (up 42 per cent),
      –>Sierra
      (up 20 per cent),
      –>Yukon
      (up 119 per cent) and Yukon XL (up 77 per cent)
    • Cadillac total sales increased 35 per cent for the month driven by sales of
      –> Escalade
      and SRX (up 87 per cent),
      –> April 2015 was Cadillac’s best April sales in the brand’s history(!)
